Good RPG for the Xbox 360?

From what I see so far, I am only interested in FFXI. And coming in the future, FFXIII and FFXIV. Most of the 360 RPGs don't really appeal to me, because of the realistic medieval setting, I am not digging them. Maybe because I like Japanese made RPGs better. I need something more like Breath of Fire or Dark Cloud. Anyone know anything like that?

Oh wow thanks. I didn't know Square had other games for the 360. This one looks cool, I like the style, of course its Square, but I don't like how the main characters are not around my age (early 20s), eh that kinda ruins it for me. I'm picky

Personally, i don't like the engine of this game. But it's RPG as well.

Infinite undiscovery was an Ok game, but I personally would not recommend it. Its story was sub par compared to Square Enix's usual great stories.
I would say to try Tales of Vesperia, and Lost Odyssey.
The Last Remnant is Decent.

I'd have a look at Lost Odyssey, some of the people that made final fantasy were on the team. It's as close to final fantasy on the 360 you're gonna get atm

The one thing I hate about EVERY SINGLE RPG Square enix makes these days, has a pair of extremely annoying little kids that are used for those "I can do it if I believe in myself" moments that piss me off so much.

Lost Odyssey: Cooke and Mack
Infinite Undiscovery: Don't even remember their names, but they look like junior circus clowns.
Star Ocean 3: The annoying one that said "Kay" to everything.
I could bear with Lost Odyssey's kid pair, because there were some moments when I liked em, or that they became Imperative for a boss(Train cooke and mack with the rest of your team, or you will be F*cked over, I learned the hard way). However the ones in Infinite Undiscovery and the girl in Star Ocean made me want to pull my hair out they were so annoying.

P.S Do it Rek. I would reccommend it to any RPG fan.

Both fairly old games, but very good and hours and hours of play. Imo Oblivion has more to do, but i liked Fable 2 more in general.

I bought Fable II, but then my character got ugly and fat and evil, and I couldn't be arsed to spend time turning it back to normal, so I tried to restart but I quit at the first 5 minutes because I didn't feel like going over all of it again.

Tales Of Vesperia (if you like japanese RPGs, then this game will rock your world, took me like 50 hours to beat the game in my first playthrough, and the replayability is high)
Star Ocean: TLH
Eternal Sonata
Lost Odissey
The last Remnant

WRPGs

Mass Effect (IMO, the best Sci-Fi rpg ever)
Fallout 3
Fable 2 (Not as good as the first one but it's still an awesome game. The replayability is kinda low, so you should rent it)

I play that on my original xbox still. But nothing can beat Oblivion on a 30" HD TV. It's the one reason i bought a 360 for.
