Starting at level 1, you can receive a free Seal of Star weapon for each Degree until 6th Degree. You obtain this item by talking to the Potion Lady in any town, and turning in the "blank" quests. (DO NOT ABANDON THE BLANK QUESTS!)
The item you receive will be the same type of item as the one you are wearing.
Example: If you're wearing a One Handed Sword, she will give you a One Handed Sword.
At level 5 you can turn in one of the "blank" quests to receive 20 100% Moving Speed Scrolls.
Starting at level 10 and going until level 40, you can turn in one of the "blank" quests to receive 3 blank scrolls, these scrolls give you an extra 100% exp/sp rate and last for 1 hour each.

It's a little hard to understand everything he's trying to say so I'll try to simplify. In order to get the silk, you have to buy a "Point Card". There are 2 different Point Cards, one of them contains 150 Points, the other 300 Points. The 150 Point Card costs around 5 U.S. Dollars according to this person.

30 Silk = 150 Points ~ 5 U.S. Dollars
