Re-open it in PS and save it in a different format, .jpg seems to work fairly well.

k dont rip others sig to make ur own
to do so
take a screen shot in game
copy paste to Paint or Photoshop
THis is for paint i dont have Photoshop
cut out a part of it copy and paste it into another paint
then select text and hit the 2nd button that has a pic of text and it shows the thing behind him when the other is just white background

add name, guild, server, lvl, build etc
your chioce just dont steal sigs

i just need to upload mine and u can see what i made
