Ecsro curse heart quest messed up?

I tried taking the curse heart quest but its not going through..........I mean i havent had 1 curse heart drop out of 90 + mobs.

is escro serious about this:

in future we delete all items on chars which were not logged in for the last 6 months. Including silk items. Please keep your chars active or empty the inventirys. Accounts which were not logged in for the last 6 months may be deleted as well.
