Rumors or Truth?

I went to check the WoW forums to see whats up since I left.

Nothing suprising , the usual QQ(even one complaining about the new Onyxia raid >.< ).
Then I notice multiple post about the new races. Apparently Alliance would get Worgen and Horde would get Goblins?!Did I miss something? Was it announced by Blizzard? If not , where did the rumor start from O_o?

There is 5 Goblins princes so 5 Goblins Tribes I guess, maybe one of them decided to change faction
