When is says "Physical attack power 27" increase does that mean it adds 27 phy damage to your overall damage?

for example if your damage is 50-100 then with the skill it would be 77-127?

yes, it gives u that extra boost in pvp, when ur done tanking someones bless/skins/snow, to kill them.

Well, it only lowers your shields phy def so it's sure worth it against int chars. For str chars you just have to combine it with snow or iron shield.

iron shield is too short to rely on, im not saying its not good because it is xD. but rlly, when i pvp on my lv 92 blader, i can tank just fine with bicheon force on. consider it a "zerk" and use it to finish people off.
