Sealed Items and Blues

Iv heard many rumors that sealed items(sos/som/sun)are completely random. i was wondering if party monsters and giants and uniques have a greater chance to get sealed items.

Also wondering if its true that if you kill a unique and your 20 levels higher then it will it only drop coins?

It's true that seals drop randomly it's just a matter of luck. There is no mob that will give you more succes of getting a sealed item.
Ofc pt mobs / giants have a slightly bigger chance of getting seals but that because they drop more items. If you kill a giant, it's the same like killing 10 normal ones.

Ofc you woun't get any drops when your like 20 lvls higher. It's the same with normal mobs. When your lvl60 and you kill a manyang what will you get?

25 levels below you, you will not get drops.
