Doh, only thing I hate is that some people are retarded, since it's my first time playing and I didn't play dota I lost many games when I started, and it's a freaking team game, but they still go like: OMG NOOB HE LOST SO MANY GAMZ KICK HIM!, and that's just retarded because I actually have an over-the-average 0.5kd ratio, wich is good around the noob games I play. But then they cba to look at my kd ratio and they just kick me for not having many victories, wich makes no sense at all since it's a freaking team game.

It's not a ripoff of DotA, it is DotA with new graphics. What game engine does it run?

I've heard rumors that it runs off the SC2 engine.

I thought this game was pretty tough to play since I had never played Dota before. Almost everyone playing this are Dota veterans and if you slack behind even a little, kicked off the game. So it's a tough a game to even learn to play since constantly being kicked. But it's fairly decent game.

yep..it's just dota with better graphic and in-game built gadgets...like autobalance teams(PSR) and alot of other things that i will write them letter.(i don't have time now)

Most people who played the original dota are like this; and will always be like this. On WC3 they made programs to keep track of players, kept a local banlist that you could share with your friends, and even though I was quite good at DoTa, and rarely left on purpose, I ended up being on a whole buncha peoples banlist for no real reason. Its part of why I quit WC3.

For the history of WC3 all third party programs have been illegal, but they got away with the ban program by saying its "passive" and "does not alter the game, it only reads incoming data and presses keystrokes on your own computer" therefore it doesnt touch WC3 and isnt against the TOS.

While I agree people leaving the game in 5 minutes was a real problem, you could get on somebody's shitlist just for winning the game or pissing them off; then you get propogated among lists and lists until you get kicked out of half the custom games you join.

They "ripped" the original dota if you think this one is ripped; they ripped it and renamed their own "dota allstars" and when the original author complained, they told him to get over it because their map was better. That entire forum was

A) Flaming, especially if you suggested any char or balance changes
B) people sucking icefrog's dick

If memory serves me right, we had a small forum war with the script writers / supporters over at TH.NET. Us believing anyone should be able to play custom games, them believing only those who they choose.

In WoW you dont get to kick people who suck out of a battlegrounds match, you deal with it. Sometimes you get good players, sometimes you get bad players, oh well
