Rate Question for all servers

Ive wondered about all the server rates on silkroad.

For example Isro has 1X rates so does that mean i have to kill 10 mangyangs to get 10X rate on Ecsro and for 20X rate i would have to kill 20 manygangs. In addition to that i would have to kill 30 manyangs to get the 30X rate such as on sjsro and swsro. But if i remain on isro i would have to kill thirty enemies to get the equivalence of one kill on swsro or sjsro??? And if i kill three mangyangs on ECSRO does it mount up to the equivalence of 30X like sjsro or swsro??

One more question how much exp does a party mob give???/ Will it give????? 1x? 5X?

there are no party mobs in private servers.
in iSRO they give about.. 8x more exp.

think of it this way

isro is 1x
ecsro is 10x

if you play for 1 hour on ecsro you are technically playing for 10 hours on isro.
