wind element 2 + water element 4 - easiest ways to get?

i only need about 100 of each and people are selling em in bundles of 5000 for like 7m and i really dont need that much lol so what are the best ways to get em?

Destroy 2/3 degree items for wind 2 and 4/5 degree items for water 4. Maybe it wont give u what u want first try. Its random.
