military style if i remember correctly for push-ups is with your hands at shoulder width, they are the easiest.

How many crunches can you do?
oh wait, 100 without break
How far can you jog without stopping?
4.1 kilometers (2.5 miles) fast jogging almost running, (i don't have time to jog lulz)

i'm boxing, and i'm thinking about doing mma after this summer, but i wonder how many of you here do karata/boxing/mma or other fighting sport.. ?? :love:

Yeah, press-ups / crunches arn't really the most challenging / beneficial workouts (not on their own at least).. and just because you can do a lot doesnt make you especially fit.

Small skinny people would generally beat bigish strong people at this. (yes.. obviouslly strong skinny people are going to beat normal skinny people.. but i'm just saying that its not really the best way to judge) I'm jabbering.


Pushups: 50 (without break).
Crunches: 15ish, but i do them so that i feel as much "strain"(cant think of the proper word) as possible. Not like all the retards who do them the easy way. But yeah, i'm crap at crunches.
Mile: Like 10 mins/mile.. i'm not very good at jogging, better at sprints, afte rrunning for a few minutes i use all my energy just so that i dont fall over. (i have bad balance)

I don't know you, so I can't judge you, but if you can do 300+ crunches w/o stopping you got either a hell of a sixpack or you're doing something wrong... Doing 300+ situps in one go is bs anyway... Good job on the push up part tho.

Crunches =/= Sit ups. "Situps emphasize your lower back, and crunches stress only the abs."

i pretty sure i am doing them right i watch the video posted below and that is how i do them, i think my strong core comes from running 3 days a week about 4-5 miles and working out 3 other days-circuit training style for 1 hour and a dad who used to run a health clinic xD

Pushups without stopping +/- 50 (and i thought i was pretty high there, lulz)
SITUPS without stopping 100+, crunches though- not so much xD
Miles i can jog without stopping? no idea exactly, i run 4 miles in +/- 30 minutes.

16, I haven't done push-ups or crunches in a while, I try to get a few in per year LAWL, but I do the usual jog to school

@ Asusi, I did 9 years of Muay Thai, and I can barely do 150 push ups with a 30 seconds break. I doubt you can do 500 push ups with a few breaks.

crunches: like, 25 in a row but then I'm sick of it, commando style: 25.

running: I can run like hell, but for some reason it goes better on a tredmill then in nature, weird enough... commando style: a little slower, but still fast..

lolz, 0 pushups ? O.o
and running on a treadmill is usualy easier ^^ aborbs the shock a bit, some give you a cool breeze when running, its only straight etc- in nature you run up and down, the ground inst always perfectly flat, can have lil holes etc so you'dd have to correct your balance xD
