lol, one time i was driving on a toll road and the toll was going to be 15 dollars, i got bored and counted out 15 dollars in pennies and nickles put it in a ziplock bag and gave it to the lady, the lady was like uhuh i aint counting that, so i told her we could be trusted and she let us by without counting them

I would definitely do that. If I was that annoyed by it, I would purposely go to a bank with x amount of money for x amount of pennies and pay them with that. Only if I knew for sure he/she HAD to take it. Yeah everybody who is on the guy's side of this video is a jerk, QQ.

Three, it's easy enough to get the bank to change it all to dollar bills, they have machines for that.

Giant eagles got this machine; dump bags and bags of change into it and it sorts it at lightning speed, then you take the little paper it spits out up to the counter and get cash
