Well we decided that for the moment we are just going to add the level 90 skills because the "Ch'in" tomb is not finished yet but 100 cap is coming no matter what. But for the moment we all get to enjoy the level 90 skills and 90 cap =D. Have fun and we should be releasing the pk2 soon.
