It sucks i had my +5 glavie and i decided to +7 it today... i got the +5 on there really fast last time and this time it wont even go +4 -.- im gettin pissed i hate alchemy :banghead:

Same...Tried +6, failed, got it to +5 within 20 elix so I tried again. Failed ofcourse, then I spend 50mil to +5 it again.

I failed +7 on a bow and then spent 90m getting it +5 again, it then failed +6 and destroyed. Good good.

yeah I hate alchemy too

I had this clean shield and it took like 80 elixirs to get to +5, and then.. suceeded at +6, and then a few hours later I was like w/e only a shield and tried +7 and I was like wtfbbq it worked jaaa

but then, I bought a 98+5 harp for 15m from stall network and was like
lol harp, 15m.. why not, so I went for +6 and it was like BOOM +6
so I was like lolwat
so I said in party chat, +7 garp plissss
added a lucky stone and elixir and it went +7, so i was like fack yessss

BUT THEN, I had this clean staff with rly crappy stats. so I made it +5 and was like.. meh, +5 pimped is only 120m, lets go +6...................................................................
so I did, and it worked woot!
So then I pimped it and got nice blues, but the whites were still crappy.
so I started with attack rating and got it to 41% pretty easily
then I had a hard time trying to get the mag attack to 41%+.. it just kept going to 0% or 22% for like 50 stones, then finally it went to 80%!
then I was like.. fack, bet it's going to assimilate when I fix the reinforcement, which was 0%.. sooo I used two 10% stones and the mag reinforce went to 100% and I was like LOLOLOLOL watta lucker
but then.. I realized that it would be a waste to keep at +6. So I decided to try +7.. but also realized that it had no immortal! Damn!
So I had to go buy some silk (grr) and put immortal on it.. and it FAILED ! Ugh! And guess what, the immortal poof'd

So I got it back to +5 again, pretty easily.. bought yet another immortal and was like k, LETS DO THIS - LEEROYYYYYY JENNKINNNSSSS and put a lucky stone, elixir, powder and fused. Sucess, but I didn't wait for it to sink in. I put lucky stone, elixir then powder again as fast as I could and... OYEEE +7 staff

hmm.. well, when I think about it maybe alchemy isn't so bad afterall =D.
I did fail / destroy many clean robes trying to +6 them though!

I hate alchemy too.
Especially with my new SoSun sword and Star shield. I don't have the balls to make them +7 just yet, in case they break >_<
But yeah, alchemy is a ho, it took 20 9D courage stones to finally get my physical attack power from crap to mildly crap with (23%). Need to go buy some more and hope i can get it better. I musta spent at least 80 mil on my sun so far, and it's hopefully almost done, then i won't have to spend any more cash and time on it, so can't wait...

Newbies.. i have plus and %4 lucky dress and i have %14 luck. i every time doing 4 elixir = +4
and %60 its been +5. but +6 too hardly

Prem gives u 5%
The Alchemy probability 10% is for blueing stuff.
Lucky 5% is for plussing.

I know the feeling. I just recently decided that I was going to quit and sell everything because I am growing apart from sro.

Anyways I had 5 +9's that I had made along time ago all low lvl. And since I decided to quit I went for +10 all failed... This was w/ prem, lucky stones, and the new blues on avatars lucky 1% x's 4.

I know greedy, but I am quitting anyways and don't really care.

bwah my alchemy a few days was pretty farked up too, but hey :p welcome to sro

so lets start, i bought a clean 98 glaive, No immo/astral, didnt even had blue's

then i bought weapon elix, ended up wasting 20m on them, it went +4 everytime, but failed +5 everytime, till the last 7 elixers, it went +1 -> +6, i decided to try +7 because i was bored, I DC'd when i fused, so i was like, Shit it failed, but i logged back in, looked @ my glaive it was still +6, so i tried +7 and BAM , it got there, now a friend is using it

That's why you need a real method to do alchemy, but i won't tell you, coz you're gonna say I bs again. Here is an ex, try to figure it out:
- roll a dice, what's the probability to get a number 4? -> 1/6
- roll a dice for 100 times, although the probability to get a number 4 each time is 1/6. What's the probability to get at least one number 4?

You'd choose the 2nd method coz it has a higher chance to win. Why? Now apply this theory to alchemy.

*Hint* : Gamg Theory

It was my first +7 i made myself also. But the thing is it went +6 without lucky powder

(pressed fuse to fast

). So i kinda felt it was lucky and since i already got a +7 xbow that i bought i just went for it... and it worked

Tried some more stuff +7 today thinking i was on a lucky roll, lost a few 100 mil
