How would you build one of these?
How would you distribute the AP for str and int?
And what about the skills?

Building a 7:1 spear is simple: put all your points in int, except on every 8th level you should put all three into str. This will give you 7 int points for every str point (not counting the automatic 1 str, 1 int you get at leveling up of course).

I don't know what build you want to take, so here are a few:

100 heuksal/lightning/cold
-You would have only one up-to-date nuke, plus lion shouts
-You'd get the magical attack buff
-Also, you'd get phantom
-You'd be primarily using weapon skills because you have only one nuke

100 heuksal/fire/cold
-You'd have a strong imbue
-Also, more nukes. 3 up-to-date ones to be precise, but one of these would still hit pretty low
-That means you still need weapon skills

Both builds get maxed snow shield.

As for weapon skills, I suggest you take everything except the first series... Annihilating Blade or whatever it's called.
