Why do the reversing people have such an easy time cracking the protections on SRO's executable? Because they use the same broken crap to protect their loser program. They don't make the changes. They've been told *verbatim* by some of the people involved in this whole fail of "problem": "Hey. Fix the problem like this."

I mean, come on. Let's see - how can we crush the entire goldbotting problem in one fell swoop, in one moment - just like that. No complex security involved.
Require a credit card number to make a new account. No charges, just use a credit card to verify your ID & Customer info.
Goldbots are dead - the instant a policy like that is implemented. Even make player-mods, with tempban or kick & report powers. ( Almost like FPS games. Hosts/server owners can kick someone from their game. Can't kill someone's global account - but they sure as hell can REPORT the offender to the publisher for a more effective perma/global ban.
There's a million ways to fix SROs problems. Failmax won't do anything. They've been just like this for years, going on half a decade. Bleh.
