Taxi Anomaly

My friend is in a taxi, both his girlfriend and himself. T Hey have separate characters on separate machines in the same house. No matter where she joins..she is only getting like 2 and 3xp from the ongs/penon..whatever...and she is only lvl 18. What could be causing her to receive such a low xp from a taxi...from each taxi she has joined actually.

theres no way shes getting 2 and 3 exp from ongs, but penons yes because they are too high..

yes penons are to high lvl for lvl 18 just go @ongs best place for lvl 10-30
