I doubt i can even make it to 90 cap even though 100 is out. But would this be a good build if I dont wanna farm alot? I only took the skills I thought I really need.

50% snow shield would be enough for me so I only got cold to 80.
Also, Should I go full INT or 1:2 hybrid for more hp/phys damage. If I go hybrid then i'll lower my cold to 60 for 40% snow shield.
Would this be a good 90 cap build?
