Lately, there have been a couple additions to SRO to make the game easier to play and let me say, they don't work at all. The new anti-cheat is just a "beware of dog" sign intending to scare botters off. There are still 10's of thousands of bots playing, making it impossible to login. I'm still level 29 after 9 months because I can't login at all. The auto-login system implemented makes it nearly impossible to login as well. One member on a respected SRO forum had to wait 27 hours to login. A bit ridiculous don't you think? There are multiple conspiracies about your policy against bots but I won't go into detail.

As Silkroad currently stands, Joymax is losing the respect of older, LEGIT players. Silkroad used to be a good game, but no longer is due to traffic and bots. So my challenge to Joymax is to find a way to get rid of the bots. Having legit players leave the game won''t make a dent in your wallet since you make money through all of the bots, though.

I've read that all of the other versions of Silkroad (Korea, China, Taiwan, Vietnam) have no problems with bots or traffic. Is this because they are more competent than the iSRO staff? Less lazy? Apparently.

My final question:
How about getting some in-game GM's? And I don't mean notice scripts. What happened to the days when Tarky and Gargamel used to roam SRO talking to players? I guess they were replaced with bots too.

A for example: Banned users, Babel, 0 chars

if someone would like to send a email for me (im scared ill get hacked if i send a message)
tell them they are NOT trying hard enough and via consumer rights act if i pay for something i can expect it to be of the quality i payed for. i hav brought a premium ticket twice now and i have not yet seen the quality of gameplay i payed for and wish to see a few things to enhance the game play experience.

1. ACTIVE GM's that spend 5 HOURS a day on game talking to the players and experiencing self caused issues. this is not unreasonable as a full time job is expected or at least 30 hours a week and they can be part of the research team to find out what is best for the server.
2. Theses active GM's should spend 1 hour at least in hotan city and the Penon fighter area so they can view what damage has been caused to theyre game
3. An effective anti-bot system should be implamented, this means i expect to see a significant reduction of automated game play. i expect 50% of the botting population to disappear within this month. As i am a player and customer of joymax services i can PHYSICALLY see the amount of bots and the state that silkroad is in and i will be the judge on if you are doing your job properly.
3. No events. EVENTS ARE NOT A WAY TO SOLVE PROBLEMS WHICH ARE TRYING TO BE AVOIDED! joymax has had the chance for over 3 years to study how the players react to theyre events and i can assure you that every legit player on silkroad would rather have a 200,000 bot ban then an event.
4. The login system should be replaced with a more effective one. i can see your efforts in trying to help with the logging in situation however the queueing system just allows more MULTI CLIENTING bots to queue up and take the place of a legit player. I would like to suggest the old login system to be re-instated as the server traffic will decrease with your promised increase of bot bans.

LASTLY i would like to make joymax aware that the chance of a multi-clienting bot paying $20 a month for 5 chars ($100 a month)
is very slim and the chance of finding 5 legits who are happy with the game paying $20 is a very high chance.
If Joymax would be willing to sacrifice a little bit of time and initially a small amount of money to see these ideas through then within 3 monthes you will find yourselfs in a better situation financially and with the customers reports.

have you people try send a MSG to ksro, mybe they will do something about or mybe not, but we may get there attention and how isro is giving a bad name to sro, joymax needs to hire legit players who has been playing for while, who has expirence every lil pist of shit this game has gone throught, joymax is not going do shit, and we can't either we can quit cuz it won't make a diffierence, so all we can do is complain and sit and watch what joymax will do, am done complaining about bots cuz the only thing I can do pk them, am just sit play this game and wait until they do something about it. Don't start shit here with your complaing cuz it's not going fix anything, joymax ain't going read he dosent even ready your MSG, the only thing you going do make other players depress or quit sro.

It always walks a bit off the co ordinates and get''s stuck somewhere in the city. I can''t get it to work. Could you help me fix this problem?

Hi. I just wanna say that I have played iSro since 2006 and Ive always paid for it(premium, avatars,tickets etc).. I spend over 70$ monthly on this game.. but now I got banned couse I bot. I mean, Ive always botted on this game theres no gamefeeling in this game only numbers to capture, my whole union bots .. they all pay for this game monthly. But we discussed about this banning bots lately and we said.. no we dont wanna pay for this game anymore, so we will begin play WoW, where the actually dont ban bots. However we might not change game if you unban me and some of my freinds who got banned aswell, and let us bot in peace.

We know you abuse our game and use bots and its strongly advise you remove this third party program as it may result in a temporary ban however to unban your account you can chargeback and we will get scared and give you your account back. however. you are STILL a VALUED CUSTOMER

The sad truth is they've received hundreds of e-mails like this about botting. Over the years its the same response. "We are working hard to remove bots from the game". its been 4 years now and counting. Joymax is the reason why people remain unpunished and continue to bot. Plain and simple.
