does the ignore monster defense work in pvp or is it just for mobs?

Well, I'm just guessing. But since it says monster defense and not player defense I'm going to guess that it only works for mobs.

does it say monster now? cuz when it was first introduced it said "ignores target's defense (i know so cuz i had it on my angel wings)
