I want to know what the difference to Hip-Hop Rap and Pop is.
I've been listening to music for a while and I can only spot the differences between Pop and Rap. But Hip-Hop and Rap, whats the general difference?

I've been wondering the same thing myself, im guessing hip hop is shit like Black Eyed Peas and rap is Tupac, Biggie, etc.

Everyone is going to have a different opinion on this. For me, if I listen to a song and think "Damn, that has a tight hook," or if it only has a good beat then it's hip-hop; however if I listen to a song and think "Holy shit he killed that," then it's rap.

Rap is something one does when making hip-hop.

Rap is the actual rhyming and lyrics. Hip-hop is the music that's formed by it.

Pop is mostly mainstream trash made to appease the general masses. The type of stuff 12 year old girls go crazy for and beg their parents to buy the expensive tickets for.

Rap has a deeper meaning most of the time. The type of meaning the mainstream, uneducated listeners cant appreciate

Not really. Since "mainstream" includes genres like rock, hip-hop (or rap?), teckno, dance and many others also.
