what do you do after your hacked and you have nothing left? i still wanna play but i kinda have nothin. should i go beg my friends for cash and items?

If you got hacked you're at a very high risk of being compromised again. Basically they would already have your login, and yeah, you could change your PW but the login is the essential piece I wouldn't want anyone else to know. In any case, if you still want to continue playing I would almost start over with a new account, depending on what lvl your character is or if your friends would be willing to help you out with plvling. Also, do a check for a keylogger or the sort.

go buy an FPS game like L4D or cod4,5 until aion comes out.

no point farming a char now imo.. there's less and less people playing each day and noone new coming, by the time you were 100 FF there'd probably be no point to play.
Maybe try a private server with higher rates

I didn't want to recommend this, because you seem to still enjoy the game. However if you do decide not to farm (which I wouldn't, takes too long) then take a look at those.

i have been hacked before changed pass and never has been hacked again..... just get some cash and make sure not to tell anyone the new information and look for keyloggers on your computer.
