I've been looking for a free one with no luck.
I used to have one that worked perfectly but I lost that ages ago, and the dll patchers dont work for me.
Any Suggestions?

Windowblinds? Not free but worked for me when I used XP. It's been a while though..win 7 themes are so easy ;D

tuneup utilities gives you a 30 day trial (enough time to change the theme)
