Which to choose ? cSRO or tSRO

Hey

I'm sick of iSRO so I'm gonna play another version.
So could you guys give me some information about both versions ?
Tell me something about the:
-exp/sp rates
-community
-laggy or not laggy ?
-any other information would be appreciated

people from venus are going to tsro but that also means drama. but actually its not bad with the drama only happened once (then again i'm not in the union lol).
