If you go glavie I'd only put light to ~5x until you're FF 100 then delevel it for force. Then you could take 80 fire and 20 ice, or 100 fire.

I'd prefer the HECK MORE MAG defence.. by taking 100 Fire, over taking the 80/20.. the snow isnt worth that stupid amount of MAG

You're kidding, right?
You're seriously the first person on this forum.. actually any SRO forum or ingame to think that the magical buff is more beneficial than snowshield.

80 fire -> 126 Mag defense
100 fire -> 277 Mag defense
20 ice -> 20% absorption of both phy / mag damage for 2 minutes, then a 1 minute cooldown.

There's just no comparing them. 20% snow > 151 more magical defense. Not even an opinion.. it's a fact.

edit; the only reason to take 100 fire over 80 fire 20 ice is the damage loss. A whole 2% physical from the fire passive (The buff stays at 9% from 80 -> 100 regardless) and the higher level imbue.
But, imbue on a pure STR is negligible as seen here (thanks to Nitro for the screens in another thread)

not to mention you already have force to maximize damage.. and even if your opponent has holyspell the parry / AR reduce debuffs still work and they are awesome.

Bow (if full str) levels slower at lower lvls than glavie (glavie has more aoe on lower lvls)
At higher lvl, bow lvls faster

But what do you think is a high lvl? I think 60 is already a pretty high lvl.

IMO 64 is already High Lvl cuz then you get 8d weapons...

94+ is high level. everything else can't compete unless they have sun. or your a 90 wiz.

search for some videos on youtube, then again is not really reliable :S...a bower will only put pvps where he wins, a glavier will only put pvps where he wins. pvp really depends on gear/user...either bow/glavie can win, sometimes certain bower will say that he always wins vs glaviers or vice-versa.
