Black circle instead of the character face

Why can't i see my character's face on the upper left hand corner of the screen? Is there a way to fix this? :banghead:

Update your graphics card drivers. That should fix it, if not, your pc is not good enough :p haha

same thing happens to me and im running on a fast laptop. happens to my brother and my friend as well. the face isn't really all that important...
