Strap warlock skill (passive)

last time some ppl were having a discussion about why warlocks gains beserker so fast well that is because of this passive (read discription of the skill)

but my question is on lvl 95 this skill should extra the dark mentalist skills( every second dmg skills) with 80% time so do that is about 22 seconds

is that 22 seconds long every second dmg + 25% x 22 chance on status?

I'm not sure but I think the dots hit evry 2 secs. Haven't been on my Warlock/Cleric in about 2 months though. So it would be dmg + 25% x 11.

I don't think you gain zerk so fast just because of the passive it's the dot skills themselves, not really how long they last. I used to gain zerk fast at lower lvls before getting strap.
