the fairy suit doesnt allow you to use attachments,accessorys (the flags) because of the wings

You need to have the video setting of Dynamic Animation on though, otherwise the flag looks horrible. Other than that though, it looks pretty good, but that's the only thing I'm buying with this avatar set.
