Couple questions:

Hows the leveling speed? Doing quests the lvling isnt so bad..but if you just grind, the xp kinda sucks (atm i get .05% per kill at 36), + it takes quite a while to kill mobs around ur lvl

What server should I join? most srfers are in US east (Billows, Realm 1)

Are there any build guides anywhere? Check out the JD official forums

How does the stat point system work? no idea

BTW, does anyone know where the hell Anan is in Jadeon? I dont feel like searching the whole map esp. with the farking slow running speed

I know that, but I need to find him to start a quest. He gives out a quest called Obvious or something (according to my guildmate), and it gives out a huge amount of exp :\.

yeah i heard this also on the jd forums, but its like a really complicated process i think, im not rich enough so i didnt even bother reading it

At 20:00 in game time the event starts. The event is located in realm 15 and it is realm restricted, which means its ONLY in realm 15. When the event starts, ghosts will spawn in sunsong (the first town). Go there and kill theese ghosts, you will both do exactly 1 damage to eachother but they die pretty quickly (though they seem to love to run away every few seconds ).

When you kill a ghost they drop a "page" ( they are really names of different famous book titles).
Collect as many pages as you can fit in your inventory and then go back to town and go to Leowen.

Now what we do is we stall theese pages for 20 silver each, they will get sold pretty fast and when the event is over you can even up the price a little bit. By doing this you will make about 5 gold each time.

Now you can turn them in if youd like for 10 silver and a random item. Theese things range from junk to titles to bookshelves which give you gold and XP, but the chances are pretty low of getting those so id recommend stalling the pages.

Now to turn them in you need a "page pair". If you pick up a page and hover your cursor over it you can see at the bottom there are 3 names. One is the author of the book, another one is the name of the page your viewing and the last one is greyed out. Now this greyed out one is what you want to find, there will be a ghost with the same name as that greyed out name and so you search for it and collect it. Then when you have both, go back to Leowen ad just accept the quests he gives you (you dont have to actually do anything for the quest).

Don't put too many points into Heavy Blow, save it for faction skillz.

Matter of fact, the first screen skills, put in bare minimum (8 points). I put in 14 So yeah, my heavy blow doesn't do crap anymore, and I have to rely on Skysong skills to kill. Am now level 37 (probably hit 38 after meditating).

BTW Skysong can res and do party buffs, like the cleric in a way. You can also pump only attack skills and be kinda like a wiz. In PvP, it's a pot fight (ask Hostage, I couldn't kill him often, but if you stand there and heal, it just takes forever for him to kill me unless he crits)

@unbeatable Devil - the large round map in the upper right has some subfunctions, hover over them and you'll see one that brings up a list of the NPC's in the town. Find the NPC in the list, then click the name so it shows up on the right, then click the name in THAT list and you'll autopilot to the npc.

One thing that's a shock is going from SRO - no bots allowed - to this game, where you have "espers" that function as both an attack skill (can be leveled) and as an autopilot/bot. It'll pick up drops and attack mobs using the skills you select. I'm still not used to that.

i'm personally very much getting used to the esper.
i'm using the one that drains just a little mana with
its skill. the other one cost me too much pots at that
time. i left my esper on overnight, and i'm now grinding
quest mobs with esper (plus the 8hr buffs lol), which i
3 hit without using any skill but the esper and regular
attack. it costs me almost no mana, i gained some gold
without doing much for it, and i have tons of talismans.

and i think we could use more vim in our guild atm.
