I remember 3 games from Sega Dreamcast clearly, though not their names.

There was one that was actually FPS zombie/vampire shooting, but not being able to move where you want, it leads you automatically on a specific path. Idk, somewhat reminds me of point'n'click. Either way, that game was massacre, moving and shooting everything you see. The last 2 bosses are extremely hard. I think there's a stupid movie after it too.
Second one was a.. idk, you're some guy/girl that goes around putting graffiti on walls and people. You unlock more characters that are better in some stats, etc. Oh yeah, you're roller blading all the time.
And the third, I remember the name: Skies of Arcadia. I enjoyed that one the most, some kind of a fantasy RPG where you go with a regular ship through the skies passing by planets, etc. Was reaally fun.

Skies!! I totally forgot about that RPG, one of best.
But not that best as Grandia
