Ice Glaive?

So.......i want to make a glaiver and i was wondering what are the pros/cons of an ice glaiver and what masteries (other and ice and glaive) and skills do i need

I have an ice glaive and I love it
Build: 100 heuksel 100 cold and 100 fire

the pros:
- Very nice phy def and mag def = best tank
- Cold imbue and fire imbue (optional) I got both because when you go thiefing / trading / hunting cold imbue can be very usefull because a lot of guys are not cold imune after they died and when they are immune just switch to fire imbue

the cons:
- SLOW AS HELL: it sux to grind because you don't got any moving speed (20% with garm )
- A lot of sp: a lot more than lightning build (1m50k sp for FF100 with ice imbue and fire wall)

Skills:
- heuksel: it's up to you but get the basic (I added them all for the fun)
- cold: (imbue if you have the sp), phy def buff, maybe some freeze skills, snow lvl 1 and passive buff
- fire: imbue, every buff, (fire wall is very handy against euro and bladers), and the passive ofc

i have to admit, i like this build better than the casual
100 heuk/fire 80 light 20 ice build
even though i think its full potential would lie in a full int nuker, since the person could use the snow shield to its fullest and have a very high damage adding to that

speed can be compensated by different grinding spots, bard in the party or the drug of wind
parry ratio < raw defence
mag. buff makes a minor damage difference, since the build is full str
