If you plan on getting wrath eventually, get it sooner rather than later. Once you get it, get a mage to port you to Dalaran, and use that as your home town. It has portals to all the major horde/alliance cities.

I just started WoW as well, I wouldn't mind rolling any race, just dunno what server you all would have me on if I can play with you all? =P.

Or you could wait for Wrath, and get it set to Shat, which does the exact same thing with less lag. =P

Just found out that after 2 8hr patches, got another 10 hr one.

This is why everyone suggests just buying everything at once, LK disc has most of the update so you only really have one large content patch to get.

54mbps at the moment. Its being slooww but Blizzard dowloader makes it run at 1/10th normal speed.
