That's an automated response. The message itself was probably written weeks if not months ago. I wouldn't be surprised if A. Nobody has seen your ticket yet and B. They never do.

I can't get to SRO's site from here. Will there be a cap raise when the Roc update comes through? With every cap raise, I get further and further away from the cap. I used to think my lvl 54 blader was pretty decent. Now all the capped players would 1-hit me by breathing on me in a job.

I think the special gear drop will be sort of like an avatar, and you can add blues like HP/MP recovery, fear resistan, faint resistant, combustion ect. an FREE FOR ALL (Pray for this1, dam wizards -.-) shoulders, head will glow like seal of sun from weapon.
