O_o I think joymax screwed me....

Today I decided to get another gold ticket so I went and bought some silk, but I didn't use paypal like I usually do, I just charged by credit card, anyway, I buy my silk, then I go in game, and the silk isnt there. Is there a different waiting period between buying silk directly with a CC than buying it with paypal?

I think u are screwed like me.I payed silk with cc like u and payment went tru ,but 9 days after i still didnt recived it.Pathetic thing is that i wrote to Joymax day after i charge silk but still no answer

Send in bug report and post copy of bank statement/ credit report... then jsut corss fingers and wait -_-.. did u print out ur receipt as well.

No point of that cuz i wrote directly to Joymax and no answer for a week:(
Ialready forget about that but they not gonna see my money again.Still i think its unprofesional to leave somebody without answer so long if they gona answer me at all.

Usually there's a short delay when you use CC.
Either the checking process slowed down, or there having problems.
It'll be fixed soon though, since they've had this happen quite a few times.
But check back from time to time, if it's been longer than an hour or two, then they have a problem.

ZOMG IM SO STUPID !!! I BOUGHT THE SILK FOR MY FIRST ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF THE ONE I USE NOW :banghead:
