what lvl can you not dlvl past? and whats the best method?

so as it says in the title, i need to know what lvl can you not dlvl past? and what is the best method to do it. for 1 i dont have a dlvler(another char that will rez me and watch me die and repeat) so whats another good method?

Letting mobs kill you is probably your best bet.

afaik u start losing exp at lvl 5, so its possible to delvl to 4

If u dont wanna go murderer u should take the flowers at the hotan gate, just get out of the gate naked, flower will kill u, get ressed, wait till u get attacked again and so on ...

I thought they changed it with the whole new ress on spot thing they implemented a while ago.

The best is to be delevelled close to town. Take a mob close to town to delevel you, flowers around hotan are the highest available. Don is the shortest if earth ghosts are able to kill you in one hit.

If i think right they didnt, and even the blue guide says "i start losing exp at level 5" or somethin like that. They didnt changed it with the ress-on-spot, they just added the ress.
But im stil not sure about it, i might be wrong.
