I used search and google didnt found anything...
Heard about jsro and csro instant 100 lvl and my question is: is there any silkroad private servers wich are instant 90-100 lvl and u can register and play on them?

There is NO instant cap server, so u can neither register, nor play on one.

You probably are. Watch out for some of the sites. Many of them may contain keyloggers etc.
