The passive gives a permanent % to physical damage. Does this % adapt to your current phy dmg, or is it only a one-shot type of thing that only applies to your phy dmg at the time of upgrade?
In other words...if I learn the 1% increase when my phy dmg is 100, then it should pump up my phy dmg an extra 1 point. Once my phy dmg increases to 1000 (after some char lvl ups), will this 1% adapt to my 1000 pts of dmg (becoming 10 pt boost), or will it remain a 1 pt boost?
My wording might be confusing, but I hope somebody knows what I'm asking...
EDIT: lol...so...is no one replying cuz they don't know what I'm asking? Or is it cuz no one knows?

Question about the fire passive
"so much on my mind i just cant recline, blastin holes in the night til she bled sunshine" -- mos def
I understand what you mean, but I don't know if it increases over time.
Maybe if two people explain someone will understand better.
What 'GingerBreadMan' is saying is if he learnes the passive when he has 100 phy dmg it increases his phy dmg to 101 (1%). If he learnes it when he has 1000 phy dmg it will increase it to 1010 (still only 1%).
So, here's the question: If he learnes the passive when he has 100 phy dmg, increasing it to 101, will it increase while he levels up giving him a total of 10 extra points at 1000 phy dmg?
Get it?
