Wizzard / Rogue / Nuker / Bower ?

Hello all...since my char lvl 76 is destroyed i must creat a new one -_-(still waiting for a new server).But im not sure which build and class i will pick so i need ur help ^^.
These are the builds:
Wizz : Wizz/Cleric
Rogue: Rogue/Bard(only with xbow skills, but when i get higher i will dlvl bard and start lvling cleric and daggers skills too.)
Nuker : 100Bich/100Light/100Ice
Bower : 100Pach/100Fire/80Light/20Ice

Why Bower 100Pach/80Light/20 Cold? That Makes mastery Cap on 200/300 so you could easily add 20 Lightning and 80 Cold and You get 100Pach/Lightning/Cold.
But I Like that Nuker.

i'd go for the xbower on the euro side if you dont have any party to play in all the time.
wizard if you do have a party to join most of the time.

chinese side: bower is more fun than the nuker in my opinion,
but for quick leveling i'd go nuker
