If you set those rules on Rome, you'd have no members

Then don't set them

that's a good one, in addition to that, make them play the characters as much as possible up to level 20 at minimum, maybe even level 30.

What Kind of their game play would then be?
Quite Noobish, but maybe noobish people who play while they are drunk will become pros?
So put that rule and get many noobish people there and lets see what happens

Ot:
I have a list with the guild rules posted on our site.
But my guild is a guild where people come and stay, not just coming and going.
So we have rules like, never beg for plvl and gold (u can ask but politely and olnly once)
Also, if someone need something and you can give, it's always free (tablets, elements, equipment)
Every item that is used goes for the guild, again for free.
If someone has a problem, we all stand behind his back (like someone getting pk-ed at unique, we declair war on the guild of the pk-er)
The main rule is "all for one and one for all"
No ks on guild members, at party guild members always get slots (this is for guild and uni, no ban for uni members at party) if you get my idea.
Also if there is some bigger problem, always discuss it with the master, so you don;t get too much inside fight...
So that's about it, idk if you like it but that's our rules
Re: GUILD RULES
So because some jerk pks a guildie of you the whole guild of him is bad? Wtf?

Re: GUILD RULES
Yea, because most of them do this pretty often. I talk to the Master of the noob's guild, of he don't talk to him or ban him or whatever, then we make a war.
It's not my fault the other guild accepts noobs, is it?

Re: GUILD RULES
Yeah but warring a guild over 1 guy is kinda lame...

Re: GUILD RULES
Well as i said, it's when the GM says he don;t care what his guild makes and he don't wanna warn the guy to not pk us.
And as lame as you think it is, not many people have the courage to PK my members at uniques
Most of them learned their lesson. Because even if we declair a war, and we lose it, it's still too much trouble for his guild and his master.
So it does work pretty well, that's how we prove our name and how united we are. And most of the other big guild know it and prefer not to mess with our members.

There's nothing legendary about Ryoko, he's a dirty decepticon! Autobots, transform and roll out!
Sorry there was a Tranformers marathon on Teletoon Retro and I spent most of my morning( k, fine! "Day") watching it. Nostalgia at it;s finest. =)
OT:
You can never go wrong with the usual touchy feely rules. Like the ones we had in grade school. "Respect everyone regardless of skin, religion, etc. "No hitting ( In this case I guess it would be PK)". So on and so on.

Re: GUILD RULES
If you are the guild master, then guild rules can be an objective or a recruitment criteria (filter). It doesn't really matter what you put down, as long as you are willing to enforce it. A simple statement such as "adhering to the game rules" encompasses all the common non-cheating policies. Powerleveling, begging, scamming, kill stealing, player killing members of the same guild, job war conflicts within the guild, guild storage usage, helping out etc all these problems do not need to be addressed as guild rules, but it helps you make life easier as a guild master if you do. The trade off is if you have too many rules, the recruitment pool on your server might not be large enough to get enough members for your guild.
