no characters

Hey guys,
This evening when I got online there were no characters where I could select and when I selected to make a new account, it workes, but when I pressed submit nothing happens. I stopped playing sro for some time before this happened but I'm sure I got characters and I was sure I was on the right realm. What's wrong? Sorry for my bad english.

Some people have had this problem, there has been a couple of posts in forums about this too, theres really no answer to what could have happened, maybe u didnt play for over a couple of years, if u never bought silk, joymax deleted those chars.

If you are sticking something near your enter key or put something on your enter key in order to make it press enter for logging in easily, thats your problem. It is a bug.

What you have to do is "press" the enter button with a delay of 5 seconds or 6 seconds. If you just hold down the enter key then you will often see no chars

it also could be your firewall blocking the servers ip for a second. you could try turning it off (not closing the program) and log in might help but cant promise it will help.
