This thread brings back memories. I must say I'm surprised some of you even mentioned hiGhrollerZ and Infensus, lol. I wouldn't say we were that famous. But we were indeed pretty badass. Out of maybe 50~ guildwars in our prime - we never lost once. Orinally we created the guild for douchebags who wanted to win, I'd say we did OK. Probably the most hated guild(hR) on the server at that time. I loved it though. We talked so much sh1t after we won a war/jobwar. Good times, good times.

Can I post that without people flipping out nowdays? I don't know. Haven't been on these boards or SRO for ages. I hope you've all realized that there's no such thing as legit in SRO. No, but srsly. Wake up if that offends you.

Oasis

During the lvl 70 cap, it was always the Imperial Union vs 7thsign Union.
Imperial(ruled the server during lvl 70 update. It died once when co-leader got hacked then moved to Sparta. their leader kyric got himself banned twice on sparta then he moved back to Oasis to rebuild during beginning of lvl 80. Now it is dead completely)
Bloodline(dead now since all their players quit or went to other guild)
HOUSE(a spanish guild but joined Imperial during Imperial rebuild)
CottonClub(their guildleader had 100% crit blade +7. gone before lvl 80 update)
Zodiacs(ruled the server during lvl 80)
Mafia(who can 4get about Mafia_001,Mafia_002, Mafia_003 and etc. lol)
7thsign(I dunno how many time that imperial GvG with them lol. They moved to Persia server)
HKs(They keeps want to be in the Imperial Union during lvl 70 cap but never did. After Imperial got hacked, they were the strongest during short period of time. Died before lvl 80 update)
DaiCoViet(They were stronge guild before they hacked then moved to VN version)

Osaka for ruining Oasis by bringing in their own bot card / gold business as well as the B.O.B.S sloganed union.

Hahaha....I remember these guys. Their Union(sinless) was the one that hacked DaiCoViet guild leader, legendhero.

DarkDivision + DarkD1vision (guild was so big that it needed 2 50/50's... was a union too) , RIP (union and guild), TearDrop (recent strongest union but is dead) , SuperStar (the first strongest union, had guilds like M4L etc..)

now the dominating guilds are _TubeSnake_ along with Eagles (Kuwait) in the union.

Yeah those are the ones that rulled server in certain period of game. There was also DieFirma pretty strong guild. And what guild was VELASNEGRAS ? He was strong during 70 cap and had sun sword at 80cap.

Dynasty was one of the strongest and most popular guilds in Odin Those were my best days ever in Silkroad. We always showed up in Fortress wars, won many guild wars and had very strong reputation in the server hated or loved .
Also Yakuza, was the Fortress holder for a long time back then, they were the leaders of our union and we helped them a lot.
Kuwait known as Ninja now,
_Evolution_, currently semi-active, composed of mainly eyptians.
_OdreSacre_, has always been our rival and has been revived now.

Most of these famous guilds did what they wanted to in game and moved on. They are more known for what they have done, and for being the best at what they did when they did. It's not a question of who is still alive and who isn't.

Xian - guilds that were consistantly famous throughout the cap. Some guilds managed to have more members/more power, but usually fell or were full of bots who sucked.

Except you are forgetting guilds like BlackHand, Avalon, NIKE, PRETORIAN, and Nightmare

I think the main reason why 80 cap ruined the game was because legits could not keep up with bots anymore. I think the game was best at its 60 cap when it was actually possible to have big guilds full of legit players at top level. You just don't see huge trade runs or guild wars anymore without a bunch of gold-farm purchased SoX and bot-grinded characters.

I think it would be really cool for somebody to write a history of the game or at least of Xian during the 60 and 70 cap. Things were really interesting back then and the community was at its strongest.

Everyone who played in Athens back when Silkroad was actually fun(lie..). all remember Netwarriors or InTeNsE(for like a couple of weeks) as the most famous, yet hated guild on that server which was thier intention I guess. Good days...
