I think its really nice.

I'm not the most technical critic round here, but your pieces always seem to appeal to me more than 99% of the AC.

Only problem is - i dont think the 'T' looks quite right, looks kind of out of place compared to the 'W' and 'E'.

The lighting is definitely throwing it off a bit. Also, on your W on the left hand side about 3/4 of the way down it looks like you haven't completely blended in the splash. The top of the E has a dark blue line where the splash it coming out, kind of throws off the effect.

I think you could totally tone down the effects of the splashing, go with a couple well placed ones that look the cleanest (like the middle of the W looks great) and focus on the lighting/color.
