I dont think you can see the new skills if you dont have the new pk2's, and if you go near someone who is trying to use the new skills you crash.

Dunno about this though.

edit: there is only 2 parts, they are extracted pretty well

Havent downloaded it myself yet, but you just put them on your desktop and use winRAR on one of them, it should just do the whole thing.
If it doesnt, then your missing another part.

For the ones that haven't figured it out yet.

You just extract the first part into your ECSRO folder. It will ask if you want to replace with current file : YES. Then extract the second part, as repeat the process.

After that, try to login and "enjoy" the update.

And for those who are whondering: There are ONLY 1st Tier 10D weaps, no other items AND no sox!

Not sure about tablets, but since the tablets up to 12D are implented in the media.pk2 i guess its quite possible to get them from NPC thiefs
