Light Str Hybrid Blader, need some advices

hi,
I'm lvl 28 light str hybrid blader (did put about 6-7 pts on int on starting lvs, but since then I put all on str). I'm using armor, and I was thinking of swithing to protectors. Is it a good thing to do ? Also, I'm interested in what bicheon and fire skills are best to be maxed out first, that give the best performance. Any other general tip is more than welcomed. thx

hold up ... so yo only have about 26 - 27 points on your int. setting with about 84 points to str?? that isnt that good if that is the case

you need more MP for when you get to lvl 40+ and 60+ theres magical attacks that are 1K plus in MP, but that is only if that int and str problem is the case

well, its pretty much up to you, but if i were you i would probably switch to protector because i like the speed increase and mana cost reduce, especially since you are low on mana....

also, it will help you with mag defense. so i would say go for it

I can't connect to the server, there are too many ppl on. but as soon as I do, I will post you characteristics of my char, so that you can give me more advice. but even now I do have problems with MP for I can kill 2 - max 3 mobs in rows and then have to sit down for a reload. MP pots go away quickly...I try to get mana pts by using blues with int improvements. and also, as soon sa I connect, I will try to buy protectors (blue, if possible)

well, if i were you man i would try to get my physical balance up higher than 87... like 90 or above, and i wouldnt worry so much about the amount of MP you have, just buy a lot of pots, and get yourself into a protector set for run speed increase and mana cost decrease.

here si one noob question : how can I increase my physical balance ??

by adding more str points from equipment

or adding character points to str when you level up ,
but the character points you spend in str will raise your phy ballance at the cost of mag ballance
where as + str or int on equipment dus not effect ballance in a negative way

well, last three or four lvls my phy balance didn't change at all, even though I have put all my SP on str...my armor equip was all blue, but most of it was with int, and now I'm about to switch to protectors and I'm trying to find one with str improvements...

the game is set up in such a way that you need ever increasing amounts of str to gain a mere 1% ballance

ur str balance will drop only if the +str in your new protector set is lower than ur armor set.

defence tools dont effect ballance at all only the blue's on those items

all that effects ballance is the amount of stat points your char has in str and int
not the items them selfs .
Wearing white garms wont be any diferant to your ballance as wearing white armor

ofcourse if you get +30 to str from your current equipment , and you only get 12 from your total protector set than Yeh it will crumble and go down

Two choices.

1 - Make new character and get him 30 in about 3-7 days (weekend comming...)

2 - Accept the fact u will be dissapointed when your high level that your physical characteristics are less than a pure str blader, and you have less life and less damage.

My low level blader guildmate:

BUT, since your only level 28, and your 87% it might not be that bad if you go STR from now on; I was even worse ratio when I was 30.

In fire, your imbue, passive, and % buff are most important. Then the others like shield resistances and magic resistance buff are optional, nice things to have.

When your low level, you'll use chains the most.

But for caves and PVP, most people are all about knockdowns, stabs and blade throw.

I have bought protector set (I only miss headgear, and will get str 2 shoulder tomorrow; I know shoulder is armor, but I cannot remember its name for protectors, so I wrote shoulder), and this is how my stats look like now :

My phy attack and balance are increased, which is (I hope) better than the previous one. I'm currently looking for str 3 headgear. but I have one question : lets say I have some protector part that is str 2 int 2, for instance. do these two int pts reduce my phy balance or not ?

And as skills are concerned, I mostly use knowdowns and stabs ATM combined with fire imbue and flame body.

This morning I did a pvp with a friend who is lvl 29 pure str glavier, and I won. This might be because of my shield BR 15 blue critical 3, or not ? And the end of the battle was my knockdown and a crit stab

I got the protector shoulder (again I forgot its name with str 1 and with this new protector set I can really feel improvement. I kill faster and use less mp, and my char is faster, too. now looking for a blade lvl 29 +3/+4. Bought a new shield this morning with br 15 which is quite good

I bought a headgear, and I got SOS lamellar for lvl 29. It is awesome. Cant wait to lvl up. And, since I've switched to protectors, I can feel a change. My char kills faster, I can kill more mobs in a series than I did before.
