i dont have a bow char but from all the pvps i've had and seen i think 100 bow,100 fire,100 ice kills in pvp

Both are good.

Pacheon 100/Fire 100/light 80/Cold 20 is pretty much the standard build now, assuming u are pure str. Overall, it is pretty decent in most areas.

Pacheon 100/Fire 100/Cold 100 is theoretically better at 1vs1 than the light build, but is worse at group pvp. If u can afford speed pots, it will make up a bit of tht loss light, u will lose phantom but obviously u can't have everything.

So i guess
Light 80/Cold 20 > 100Cold in group pvp
Cold 100 > Light 80/Cold 20 in 1vs1 pvp
