This is just a wild guess but seeing though its a new server a lot of people probably want to focus on leveling up.

Yes the general trend is seeing though because it is a new server and the 100 cap just came out there tends to not be a whole lot of action. I'm sure when more and more people reach 100 cap there will be a lot more action cause theres not much else to do once your capped lol.
