File Recovery

Post by Nitro »

I accidentally deleted some very importmant pictures 2 months ago, I've seen that there are programs that could recovery them.

Anyone had experience with them? Is it possible to get them back?

i recovered everything on my laptop using file scavenger, that's over 150 gb. the thing about recovery programs, at least file scavenger, is that they recover files in complete disorder. no folders. just one huge list of files, from there you can search any file you want to recover. it is also quite fast and easy to use.

What about memory sticks, can they get recovered somehow? example - from photo, I use it rarely, what are chances that I find something I deleted 3-4 months ago?

If you havnt been using it then yes, strong possibility it can be recovered. Tho memory sticks work differently than a hard drive.

A hard drive your banking on the chance the data hasnt been overwritten by normal use. Memory stick might not fragment nearly us much when writing data.
