Thats turks for ya bud. They are mostly wizards who are the ones who ]camp uniques all day (especially lower lvl ones ) Cause they cant get a sense of accomplishment in pvp seeing as they die in 1 hit...or 2 depending if they have bless

I don't particularly like the last option. Apart from tht, the 1st 2 builds are good, i personally would go for the 1st option cos it's a slight change from the common nuker.

100bich 100cold 100fire you get strong nukes, but you don't have magical increase buffs so they hit less than lightning nuke. you still have snow shield.
100light 100 cold100bich good, you get mag. damage increase buffs + snow shield
100light 100cold 50 bich and 50fire NEVER

Its okay, but it sucks in 1v1 against players who can actually play their character. People who know the nuke animation can easily interupt at least 1/3 of your nukes and you generally need 2-3 nukes in a row to actually kill. Keep in mind every class has some sort of interuption spell, bladers & s/s nukershave knockdown, stun; glavies & spear have stun, knockback; bow has knockback, stun, more knockback, rogues have knockdown, knockback, stun; warlocks stun, sleep; wizards knockback, etc. Every class generally has a disable/interuption spell, except a class without a weapon skill which in your case is this class. Keep that in mind.
In group pvp though it should do well though.
