guys i got my account blocked because charge back but i paid via paypal with my mastercard yesterday...but today i tried to logg on and it says extra block charged back date ...what can i do for get it back...I DIDINT CHARGEDBACK!!!

if you paid via paypal and mastercard why don`t you search the transaction code on your paypal account and contact paypal first?

Call them instead of email. PP f*cks up with emails. I had to send 10 emails because of a error with charging silk. And in the end they didn't do anything and I had to fix it myself. Calling would be way better.

i already contacted my bank for this situatuon saying that i made a payment with my debit card and it sys that i charged back and also asked to my bank if theyr able to tell paypal that i didint charge back ...ty for help guys !

wait, explain again your situation. Wtf is "paid via paypal with credit card"? Or you bought silk using paypal or using CC, can't be both together.

When I can use paypal I do this, because it is more secure since the only company with your CC information is paypal.

Secondly, yes you CAN use a cc to purchase with paypal. What the hell are you talking about? That’s how I purchase silk. I log into paypal, and select my CREDIT CARD and pay.

If you have a CC and debit account linked to your paypal you don't even need to transfer money.

You select your debit card, it pays it and processes it after, rather than before (then not needing a transfer). It uses the CC as insurance, because if you don't have the funds or anything on your debit, it will automatically charge CC.

I wanna use some of the money i have in my paypal account but my account isnt linked to a bank account or card...can i still buy stilk drawing the money directly out of the paypal account? Or is that not possible? Anyone tried this before?

this generally means a self initiated chargeback, hence the extra part. usually you cant get unblocked from this ever. however if you bug JM and call them a bunch you can eventually gain some ground.

Joymax is the dumbest comapny ever, i called paypal and they reversed the payment because im not 18 years old,and i think i would be able to pay even if i am not 18 years old


I asked "why cant i pay with my fathers email, because my account on paypal is limited acces??"

They never answer it,they dont understand that it wasnt my fault on reverse,and they dont understand that i already bought an high amount of silks and i dont want to loose it for Farking 5 USD....Joymax sounds stupid,they just want people start again for get more money
