yeah it works vs players and mobs...I use it often vs annoying wizards on my low warlock :p

Advanced Reflect also works when u switch weapons. It seems to be buggy on party members now tho.

strange... I didn't see the bug yet with advanced reflect... all my partymembers do still get advanced reflect...

party members still get the buff, but it seems to pretty much never work. Perhaps it's bad luck.
